I figured this would be a good place to post a bunch of the Giant Specific technical service documents that I have compiled in my tenure as the service manager at a Giant Bicycle Retailer.
In my opinion Giant has the best warranty call center out of any bike brand I have personally dealt with. There are no automated systems, long hold times or angry CSRs... Only helpful reps that will more than likely aid you with your inquiry in one quick phone call. Make sure you have your account / serial numbers on hand if dealing with warranty claims however, you do not need to be a dealer to benefit from this free service, so take advantage of it!

Giants current technologies are located on their website that I have provided below. While this may be basic marketing jargon it may help you better communicate your issues with the Giant Warranty/Service staff.

Lastly I would also suggest that if you are a Giant Retailer you (and more importantly all sales staff) should enroll in the Giant Retail Academy as it is a very helpful tool similar to Shimano's STec Program. It is also the only way to get employee pricing on a complete bike or frameset.
