You need to know what you don't know. Mistakes are costly and not just financially. If an employee dives in over their head and the owner or a more experienced person has to step in to bail them out it is costly. By identifying a weak area, you'll save time and money. So... be honest with yourself, with your employees and your employers and know what you don't know.
