The Boston area’s highest quality road shop is looking for someone to run its service department!
The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced with all current groups from Shimano, SRAM & Campagnolo, plus all current road technologies. Electronic drivetrains & hydro brakes make up a high percentage of jobs. But, we also chase Italian threaded bb’s on occasion!
This person must also be comfortable being the main point of contact for many of our clients & interacting with clients on a regular basis. You will truly be the front of the house in our fit and service focused business.
Pay & benefits dependent on experience, but will be extremely competitive for this region!
